A Touch of Balance now offers The Wellness Chat. 

One hour to meet with a Wellness Guide who will lead you through

three areas of focus:  MINDSET, BODY MECHANICS, STRETCHING

allowing you to momentarily disconnect and re-emerge ready to face the world.

Mindset

Real conversation that focuses on you.

Your wellness guide will delve into what is happening with you

and assist you with setting achievable goals toward regaining

your touch of balance.

Body Mechanics

Understand how the body functions as it performs daily tasks and learn strategies to manage problem areas.

Stretching

At the end of each session your wellness guide will lead you through a series of body movements (reflexology techniques) that can be done at home.
