If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
If you cancel an appointment on the day of your scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of your service. No exceptions.
Saturday appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book. Deposits will be applied to your completed service.
Please give yourself enough time to make your scheduled appointment. Arrivals 7 minutes after their scheduled time will be accessed a $15 charge.
Parking at our 415 E. Broad Street location requires that you use the CBUS parking app. Parking in the back of the building is prohibited. Vehicles will be towed at your expense. Please give yourself enough time to make your scheduled appointment.
