Returning Client Form

Reschedules & Cancellations

Life happens. We get it. 

If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the service if rebooked within two weeks of the original appointment.  If the service is rescheduled beyond two weeks, a new booking will need to be made.  

Cancellations must be made through the booking app or by texting Keesha at 614-407-6480.  Please do not send cancellation messages through Instagram or Facebook.

No Call/No Show

If you do a no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service.

Same Day Appointments

Appointments made on the same day will be charged the full amount at booking.

Late Arrivals
Please give yourself enough time to make your scheduled appointment. Arrivals 7 minutes after their scheduled time will be accessed a $15 charge.



Parking at our 415 E. Broad Street location requires that you use the CBUS parking app. Parking in the back of the building is prohibited. Vehicles will be towed at your expense. Please give yourself enough time to make your scheduled appointment.
